Quality is not a marketing argument.
It's our minimum standard.
Every gram of vitamin C we sell is traced, analyzed and documented. Here's exactly how we work.
Quality methodology
Our quality approach is not based on promises but on a verifiable method, aligned with European pharmaceutical standards. Here are the principles that govern each of our decisions.
Recognised standards
We apply the European Pharmacopoeia (Ph. Eur.), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and only the health claims approved by EFSA. Our criteria are not invented: they rely on official standards.
Documented evidence
Every claim is backed by a document: the manufacturer's certificate of analysis, independent testing and technical data sheets. What cannot be proven is not claimed.
Batch-by-batch traceability
From the origin of the raw material to dispatch, each batch is identified by a unique number and its complete history is archived, verifiable on request.
Review and updates
Our specifications and content are reviewed regularly to stay in line with evolving European standards and scientific literature.
From manufacturer to your pouch
Supplier selection
We work exclusively with GMP-certified European manufacturers. Our L-ascorbic acid comes from DSM, one of the last pharmaceutical producers on the continent. In a global market where 95% of production is Chinese, we deliberately chose a traceable European supply chain.
Certificate of Analysis (CoA)
Each batch received comes with a Certificate of Analysis issued by the manufacturer. This document details: purity (minimum 99.7%), absence of heavy metals (lead <0.5 ppm, arsenic <0.3 ppm, mercury <0.1 ppm), absence of microbiological contamination, and compliance with European Pharmacopoeia specifications.
Reception verification
Upon every raw material reception, we perform visual, organoleptic and documentary checks. Certificate of Analysis compliance is verified. Any non-conforming batch is rejected and returned to the supplier.
Protective packaging
Vitamin C is sensitive to moisture, light and oxygen. Our pouches are opaque, resealable, with an aluminum barrier that protects against these three degradation factors. Packaging is performed in a controlled environment.
Traceability & documentation
Each shipped product carries a batch number. Complete history is maintained: origin, manufacturing date, certificate of analysis, packaging date, shipping date. Upon simple request, we provide the certificate of analysis for your specific batch.
Why your vitamin C purity matters
L-ascorbic acid comes in different grades. The difference between a technical grade and a pharmaceutical grade isn't just a number — it determines what you actually ingest.
| Criterion | Standard grade | EU Pharmaceutical grade |
|---|---|---|
| Purity | 90–97% | ≥99,7% |
| Heavy metals | Up to 10 ppm | <0,5 ppm |
| Residual solvents | Not systematically tested | Controlled (Ph. Eur.) |
| GMO | Possible (GMO corn) | Certified non-GMO |
| Traceability | Opaque | Documented, batch by batch |
| Compliance | Variable | European Pharmacopoeia |
A strict regulatory framework
Our food supplement activity is declared to the French Directorate General for Competition, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control, in accordance with Article 15 of Decree No. 2006-352.
Our labeling complies with the European regulation on consumer information: denomination, ingredient list, net quantity, BBD, storage conditions, contact details.
Our health claims are exclusively those authorized by EFSA for vitamin C. We use no unvalidated therapeutic promises.
